Set retention policies for coding-agent session data

Watcher adds automatic session-content retention and support for development containers. Dashboard updates make completed security reviews and pending work easier to distinguish.

What's new?

• Organizations can automatically remove old session content with a time-based retention policy in cloud and self-hosted deployments. Analyzer still shows the session's history and grading results after its content is removed.
• Watcher Live can run inside development containers using the existing desktop sign-in.
• The dashboard highlights tool calls that Watcher cleared or blocked automatically. Critical-session results appear while other reviews are still pending, with a separate indication of work in progress.
